Olusola Adeyefa
Co-Founder, Strategy
In a world where many see limitations, Olusola Adeyefa sees leverage, a chance to turn pain into purpose, and disability into a platform for transformation.
At Ability Impact Centre (AIC), Olusola leads with a rare blend of lived experience, creative excellence, and strategic brilliance. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, Olusola is a seasoned marketing communication consultant, martech-for-good entrepreneur, and unapologetic advocate for inclusion across Africa.
With two decades of cross-sector experience, spanning education, music, faith-based institutions, sports, politics, and nonprofits, he brings unmatched insight and leadership to the disability and development space.
While he served as the Marketing Communications Manager at Daystar Christian Centre, and as the Head of Digital Communications at AFRIMA (All Africa Music Awards), Olusola became a creative force who knows how to craft messages that move hearts, shift culture, and mobilize action.
Though he navigates life as a paraplegic using a wheelchair, Olusola does not move through the world with limitation, he moves with vision. A vision where youth with disabilities are not just recipients of charity but leaders of change.
It was this very conviction that birthed Ability Impact Centre, a youth-led, Africa-rooted platform using media, advocacy, and capacity building to reframe disability from pity to power.
He is a CIM UK Certified Marketer, and bags Advanced Leadership Certificate in Advertising from Pan Atlantic University, as well as B.Sc in Economics, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is an expert in Advertising, Public Relations, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, CRM, and Analytics
His campaigns don’t just drive awareness, they drive results, impact, and radical inclusion.
In 2023, Olusola was honored with the Disability Inclusion and Leadership (DIAL) Award for his unrelenting work in advocacy, digital equity, and youth empowerment across Nigeria.
